BFL NYLON FINGERING

Fibre: 80% Superwash British Bluefaced Leicester (BFL) / 20% Nylon

Characteristics: This base is soft but also very resilient due to the longer staple length of the BFL fibre.  The high twist of the yarn allows for great stitch definition.

COBBLESTONE

Characteristics: This is a unique base which is supersoft but full of character.  A nylon filament wraps around the main merino nylon ply, which is highly crimped and features periodic 'slubs' to create textural interest.

SRS (Soft Rolling Skin) Merino are bred to be non-wrinkled and plain bodied, making them naturally resistant to fly-strike and thus removing the need for mulesing in these flocks, resulting in better welfare.
