Ready to Ship Listings - we do our best to ship within 2-3 business days.
Pre-Orders/Dyed to Order Listings - please refer to the shipping timeframe advice as noted on the product page.
Local Pick Up - We are now pleased to offer local pick up. Please select the Local Pick Up delivery option at checkout and we will be in touch to arrange a convenient order collection date and time.
Tracking - We ship worldwide using Australia Post, with all orders tracked. You will receive an email with your tracking ID when your order has been packaged and is ready to ship.
Domestic Orders - We offer flat rate Regular and Express Post options for domestic orders. Regular shipping is offered at $12 and Express Post at a cost of $15 per order.
International Orders - We offer Standard Airmail for international orders. To calculate the cost of your shipping please go to 'Edit Cart' and use the Shipping Rates Calculator located at the bottom of the page. If your country is not included on the list please use the Contact Us form and we will be able to provide you with a shipping price and add your location to our list of countries we ship to.
Buyers are responsible for any international custom levies or taxes which may apply. We recommend checking with your local authority to confirm the rates before proceeding with your purchase.
We are legally required to disclose the nature and value of package contents and will note the content of international orders as 'yarn' and the contents value as your order value.
Combining Orders - We are happy to combine shipping on multiple orders if your first order has not already been shipped. Please add a note at checkout on your final order to request your orders be combined. We will then refund you any shipping overages.
Packaging - Our yarns are wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in Hero Packaging compostable mailing satchels. Our skein bands and thank you cards are printed on enviro paper stock.
