PAYMENT

Paypal and all major credit cards are accepted forms of payment.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within three days of receiving the yarn, via the Contact Us page or email me at hello@louieandlolayarns.com.au.

Your satisfaction is important to me and I will make every effort to work out a solution for you.

If you aren't satisfied with your item(s) I can refund the cost if they are returned in their original condition, however please note that custom orders or caked yarns are unable to be returned.

Unfortunately I am unable to refund on the shipping costs and you will also need to cover the return postage costs.

Louie & Lola Yarns are hand-dyed and colour variations do occur both within skeins and also between skeins in the same dyelot.  I make every effort to ensure our yarns are accurately displayed however please keen in mind that screen displays do vary.


REFUNDS

If an item is faulty, I will happily refund or replace the item if it is not possible to fix it easily. Please contact me before returning any items and together we can figure out the best solution.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind after the order has been placed but prior to packing and shipping, I will happily provide a full refund.

I ensure security of all credit card transactions performed on the site with use of encryption technology.
