Flat rate shipping - $12 (Standard) or $15 (Express).

NEW ZEALAND
Flat rate shipping - $18.20 (Standard) or $30.20 (Express).

UNITED STATES & CANADA
Flat rate shipping - $25 (Standard) or $37 (Express). If you are shopping online from the US or Canada, the prices shown on our website automatically include the tariff charges, which we pre-pay on your behalf.

Excludes oversized items, all amounts in AUD.

INTERNATIONAL
Postage costs for all other countries will be calculated at checkout. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of the EU. All shipments are sent via Australia Post, with tracking.

LOCAL PICK UP
We offer a Local Pickup service which you can select at checkout. When your order is ready for you to pick up you will receive a email notification.

DYED TO ORDER
Items ordered with dyed-to-order yarn will be held and shipped together once your dyed to order yarn is ready. If you’d like your other items sooner, please place a separate order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchases!

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your order.

  • All return items must be in resaleable condition, unless it was faulty or damaged.
  • It must be in its original packaging and unopened.
  • We cannot accept returned yarn if it has been wound from a skein into a ball or cake.

Have you ever knit a gauge swatch? Did you hate reading your swatch? We understand; lots of crafters struggle with getting their gauge right or counting stitches in a gauge swatch.

At Katrinkles, they are always thinking about how to make things easier when knitting or crocheting. Which is why they developed a new Gauge Wheel that really makes it simple to get quick and accurate gauge swatch readings.

No more counting, or recounting when you lose your place.

How to use the Gauge Wheel:

  1. Hold the windows on the gauge wheel up to your swatch and get the teeth/points to match up between the stitches.
  2. Turn the tool until your stitches line up perfectly with the gauge wheel teeth/points. 
  3. Once you have the right size, you can use the key above the window on the tool to tell you the gauge, instead of having to count how many stitches.

The Gauge Wheel works for both knit and crocheted swatches.
