Knit for the Girls (KFTG) is an annual fibre arts community breast cancer research fundraiser, now in it's 6th year.
Over the past five years we've raised $186,000 AUD for the National Breast Cancer Foundation (Australia) and a further $146,000 CAD for Breast Cancer Canada & Breast Cancer Research Foundation (US).
Breast cancer has touched nearly all of us—whether personally or through someone we love. Through this fundraiser, our fibre arts community can come together to support research that saves lives.

Discover six brand-new accessory patterns which have been designed especially for this year's fundraiser by some of our most beloved Aussie knit & crochet designers, in collaboration with six incredible 'down under' indie dyers.
Between 24-31 October donate $5 or more to KFTG Australia for your chance to share in over 50 fibre-tastic prizes.
The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia's leading not-for-profit organisation funding world-class breast cancer research towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
Our talented sponsors have come together to offer a range of special Knit for the Girls themed yarns, notions & tools during October.
Every year we create a special KFTG bundle together with Thread & Maple and the Grocery Girls. Stay tuned for more information soon.
KFTG Australia is organised by Karina from Louie & Lola Yarns, together with the KFTG Canada team of Olga from Thread & Maple and Jodi & Tracie from the Grocery Girls.
