Flat rate shipping - $12 (Standard) or $15 (Express).

NEW ZEALAND
Flat rate shipping - $18.20 (Standard) or $30.20 (Express).

UNITED STATES & CANADA
Flat rate shipping - $25 (Standard) or $37 (Express). If you are shopping online from the US or Canada, the prices shown on our website automatically include the tariff charges, which we pre-pay on your behalf.

Excludes oversized items, all amounts in AUD.

INTERNATIONAL
Postage costs for all other countries will be calculated at checkout. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of the EU. All shipments are sent via Australia Post, with tracking.

LOCAL PICK UP
We offer a Local Pickup service which you can select at checkout. When your order is ready for you to pick up you will receive a email notification.

DYED TO ORDER
Items ordered with dyed-to-order yarn will be held and shipped together once your dyed to order yarn is ready. If you’d like your other items sooner, please place a separate order.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your order.

  • All return items must be in resaleable condition, unless it was faulty or damaged.
  • It must be in its original packaging and unopened.
  • We cannot accept returned yarn if it has been wound from a skein into a ball or cake.

ChiaoGoo's fixed circular knitting needles have the needle and cables 'fixed' together.  You can choose from various fixed size needle tips and cable lengths.

ChiaoGoo's RED LACE line of needles offer high quality stainless steel tips, memory free cables, snag-free joints and just the right amount of 'point' (without any sharpness).

The multi-strand, steel cable is coated with red nylon, allowing yarn to glide easily over the needle. 

They are ergonomically designed to ease hand fatigue.

The needle size is permanently laser imprinted on each stainless steel needle tip, so the size information never 'wears off'.

Of the cable length options we stock:

  • 40cm length is good for sleeves on larger sizes
  • 60cm length is good for smaller garments and other accessories
  • 80cm length is the most flexible; a great starting point
  • 100cm length is ideal for magic-loop knitting
  • 120cm length is great for large shawls and'knit in the round' garment body sections

    I have been using Circular needles since 1984 because I find using circular needles is so much better, you end up with the weight of the knitted fabric in your lap instead of the straight needles holding it. The Chiaogoo Red Lace fixed have surpassed all the others, the surgical steel tips are so smooth and the pointed ends are so brilliant I seldom split the wool. I have replaced all my other needles.
