Flat rate shipping - $12 (Standard) or $15 (Express).

NEW ZEALAND
Flat rate shipping - $18.20 (Standard) or $30.20 (Express).

UNITED STATES & CANADA
Flat rate shipping - $25 (Standard) or $37 (Express). If you are shopping online from the US or Canada, the prices shown on our website automatically include the tariff charges, which we pre-pay on your behalf.

Excludes oversized items, all amounts in AUD.

INTERNATIONAL
Postage costs for all other countries will be calculated at checkout. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of the EU. All shipments are sent via Australia Post, with tracking.

LOCAL PICK UP
We offer a Local Pickup service which you can select at checkout. When your order is ready for you to pick up you will receive a email notification.

DYED TO ORDER
Items ordered with dyed-to-order yarn will be held and shipped together once your dyed to order yarn is ready. If you’d like your other items sooner, please place a separate order.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your order.

  • All return items must be in resaleable condition, unless it was faulty or damaged.
  • It must be in its original packaging and unopened.
  • We cannot accept returned yarn if it has been wound from a skein into a ball or cake.

ChiaoGoo's RED LACE line of needles offer high quality stainless steel tips, memory free cables, snag-free joints and just the right amount of 'point' (without any sharpness).

These needle tips can be paired with ChiaoGoo's Red Twist Cables and used to supplement your ChiaoGoo Interchangeable Set tip collection.

The needle size is permanently laser imprinted on each stainless steel needle tip, so the size information never 'wears off'.

We offer three (3) tip lengths - 3"/8cm, 4"/10cm or 5"/13cm. 

Of the Chiaogoo Interchangeable needle system options, please note:

  • Mini [M] - compatible with 1.5mm to 2.5mm sized 4" and 5" needle tips. Also compatible with 1.5mm to 3.25mm sized 3" needle tips.
  • Small [S] - compatible with 2.75mm to 5.0mm sized 4" and 5" needle tips.  Also compatible with 3.5mm to 5.0mm sized 3" needle tips.
  • Large [L] - compatible with 5.5mm to 10.0mm sized 3", 4" and 5" needle tips.

Note: Price will vary according to needle size and length selected.
