Flat rate shipping - $12 (Standard) or $15 (Express).

NEW ZEALAND
Flat rate shipping - $18.20 (Standard) or $30.20 (Express).

UNITED STATES & CANADA
Flat rate shipping - $25 (Standard) or $37 (Express). If you are shopping online from the US or Canada, the prices shown on our website automatically include the tariff charges, which we pre-pay on your behalf.

Excludes oversized items, all amounts in AUD.

INTERNATIONAL
Postage costs for all other countries will be calculated at checkout. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of the EU. All shipments are sent via Australia Post, with tracking.

LOCAL PICK UP
We offer a Local Pickup service which you can select at checkout. When your order is ready for you to pick up you will receive a email notification.

DYED TO ORDER
Items ordered with dyed-to-order yarn will be held and shipped together once your dyed to order yarn is ready. If you’d like your other items sooner, please place a separate order.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your order.

  • All return items must be in resaleable condition, unless it was faulty or damaged.
  • It must be in its original packaging and unopened.
  • We cannot accept returned yarn if it has been wound from a skein into a ball or cake.

This lightweight, 2.5" square Wraps Per Inch (WPI) Weight Gauge Mini Tool made by Katrinkles is perfect for measuring the thickness of any yarn and compact & handy enough to keep at hand on your spinning wheel or in your notions pouch.

Wrap your yarn into the inch-wide notch and compare the number of times your yarn fits in the slot with the legend, as well as place your yarn in the etched grooves to determine your yarn thickness - very handy for spinners.
