Flat rate shipping - $12 (Standard) or $15 (Express).

NEW ZEALAND
Flat rate shipping - $18.20 (Standard) or $30.20 (Express).

UNITED STATES & CANADA
Flat rate shipping - $25 (Standard) or $37 (Express). If you are shopping online from the US or Canada, the prices shown on our website automatically include the tariff charges, which we pre-pay on your behalf.

Excludes oversized items, all amounts in AUD.

INTERNATIONAL
Postage costs for all other countries will be calculated at checkout. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of the EU. All shipments are sent via Australia Post, with tracking.

LOCAL PICK UP
We offer a Local Pickup service which you can select at checkout. When your order is ready for you to pick up you will receive a email notification.

DYED TO ORDER
Items ordered with dyed-to-order yarn will be held and shipped together once your dyed to order yarn is ready. If you’d like your other items sooner, please place a separate order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchases!

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your order.

  • All return items must be in resaleable condition, unless it was faulty or damaged.
  • It must be in its original packaging and unopened.
  • We cannot accept returned yarn if it has been wound from a skein into a ball or cake.

Chiaogoo Interchangeable Needle Sets are our 'go-to' interchangeable needles due to their high quality stainless steel tips, memory free cables, snag-free joints and just the right amount of 'point' (without any sharpness).

You can choose between Chiaogoo's Small, Large and Complete Sets, all with 5" (13cm) needle tips:

  • Small [S] Set - 2.75mm to 5.0mm / US 2-8 (does not include 3.0mm) and 3 x Small [S] Red TWIST cables
  • Large [L] Set - 5.5mm to 10.0mm / US 9-15 and 3 x Large [L] Red TWIST cables
  • Complete [C] Set - 2.75mm to 10.0mm / US 2-15 (does not include 3.0mm) and 6 x Red TWIST cables (3 x Small [S] and 3 x Large [L])

They come in a compact fabric case to keep everything organised and ready to go.  All sets include:

  • 13cm / 5″ stainless steel needle tips
  • Interchangeable TWIST red cables in three lengths (35cm, 55cm and 75cm)
  • End stoppers
  • Tightening keys
  • Cable connectors
  • Stitch markers and
  • A needle gauge

All needle tips have a tightening hole to ensure you get a secure connection as well as a 'lifeline hole' so you can easily put in a 'lifeline' whilst knitting.

Additional cables and adapters can be purchased separately. 

Note: To calculate the complete length of the cable created, add the cable length plus two needles. eg. 13cm tips (x 2) + a 55cm cable make an 80cm cable.
